Turkey Time

I try to teach the kids to look for shapes when they are trying to draw animals, people or other things and that helps them with their drawings.  This art project is helpful for that and art projects are very good lessons in following directions.  Needless to say, I have a sore, dry throat after all of the talking I had to do. These kids really like to make things and draw, so they love art time!  You should have seen all of the glue!  It was everywhere!  They will learn how to use glue in time too.  Kindergartners learn so much during the school year.
